Floral Designer Event Planner

I just wanted to thank you for your article. It was very
informative. I am just beginning to follow my dream of being a floral
designer/event planner/garden consultant after being a registered nurse for 20
+ years. In the gathering education and experience phase and learning/researching the business.
I have made the realization of how
diversified the flower business will have to be to be profitable.

If I might ask ...where do you see the future of the floral business going and
what areas will be most profitable.

Again thank you for being candid and
informative in your article, actually the first I ran across that was so......

Focus one one flower niche
by: paolo

Thanks for nice comments.
To follow your dream of being a floral designer/
designer/event planner/garden consultant, it is to my opinion 3 different jobs.

I do no think the business needs to be diversified, to be profitable.
....the more you focus in one flower niche the better.

The future of the floral business is not going to stop because of the universal appeal of flowers,
and the most profitable I guess: weddings, funerals, events, gardening for fresh flowers, and new preserved and artificial products coming into the market are an emerging area in the contemporary floral world.
